Heaning Barn Cottages offer easy access to most of the Lake District’s prime tourist attractions with the added benefit of footpaths and cycling routes from the door.
The cottages are easy to reach - 14 miles from the M6. Within a few miles of the cottages are activities such as sailing, horse riding, golf, mountain biking (hire available), boat trips on Windermere, walking the Cumbrian Way.

Surrounded by the Lake District National Park, the cottages are situated in the tranquil rural setting of Heaning, a small hamlet on the slopes of Bannerigg Fell upon the approaches to Windermere, the largest of the Cumbrian lakes.
